Highly mutated cancers in evolutionary battle with immune system
Researchers at The Institute of Cancer Research (London, UK) have discovered that hyper-mutant tumors, often seen in stomach and gullet cancers, are able to rapidly evolve strategies to disguise themselves from the immune system.
