Breast cancer should not be a reason to postpone pregnancy, POSITIVE trial indicates

Results from the POSITIVE trial indicate that it is safe and possible for women with HR-positive breast cancer to pause endocrine therapy and have a child. While breast cancer is most typically detected in middle-aged and older women, it can occur at any age. In the US, 5% of new diagnoses each year occur in women aged 40 and under.
