Oncology Central recently interviewed Dr Frank Berger, a senior professor at the University of South Carolina’s (SC, USA) Department of Biological Sciences and Editorial Board member of Colorectal Cancer. Dr Berger’s awards include a Fulbright Fellowship (1990), the SC Governor’s Award in Science (2005), and the Distinguished Service Award from the SC Gastroenterology Association (2009). In 2010, he was elected Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
