A multidisciplinary team have uncovered a non-invasive imaging technique that combines the monoclonal antibody drug 89Zr-TLX250 with a PET-CT scan to accurately detect clear-cell renal cell carcinoma. This new technique could enable earlier diagnosis and decrease unnecessary surgeries to ensure that patients receive suitable treatment at the most appropriate time.
