CAR-T therapy: a potential treatment option for mantle cell lymphoma?

A new study has demonstrated that CAR-T therapy could be a new treatment option for patients with mantle cell lymphoma. New research following a previous study led by the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (TX, USA) has shown that patients with mantle cell lymphoma could be treated with CAR-T therapy. The Phase II trial found that 93% of patients involved in the study responded to CAR-T therapy, with 67% of these patients achieving a full response to the treatment.
