Please introduce yourself, your research background and current research interests. I am an early career National Health and Medical Research Council research fellow from the Queensland University of Technology (Brisbane, Australia). My research is focused on identifying predictive biomarkers of response to immune checkpoint inhibitors. This is being investigated through an intricate understanding of the tumor microenvironment and liquid biopsy. I believe that a greater understanding of the tumor microenvironment, in particular spatial positioning of immune cells, will reveal greater insights into the disease biology associated with immunotherapies.What do you think are the major challenges in the field of immunotherapy?...
