ASCO19: enfortumab vedotin produces response in nearly half of patients with advanced urothelial cancer

Enfortumab vedotin (EV) – a new agent that targets nectin-4 – has produced responses in 44% of patients with locally advanced or metastatic forms of urothelial cancer.
