Secretory breast carcinoma in a 41-year-old man with long-term follow-up: a special report


Secretory breast carcinoma (SBC) is a rare tumor that is even rare in male adults. To our knowledge, only 28 previous male cases of SBC have been reported. The present case of SBC has the longest symptom duration (40 years) in male until now. The clinical features and treatment of male SBC is similar with female SBC.
